AP Letter for Parents and Guardians: 2025-2026 We are pleased that your student has chosen to take an Advanced Placement (AP) course this year, and we want to assist you in planning for the AP exam, which will be administered in person, at school, via a paper or digital test May 4–15, 2026. Students must register and pay for an AP test by Tuesday, November 12. This can be done by filling out the Google Form below. AP Registration Form: AP Registration Form EHS 2025-2026 Each exam is $99.00 . If your student qualifies for Free/Reduced Lunch, please reach out to the AP Test Coordinator for your student’s fee. Registration requests received after November 12th will result in a $40 late fee, per test. Students who cancel a test that has been registered and paid for will have a fee of $40 per cancelled test kept from their reimbursement. The AP exam administration schedule is included in this letter and has also been posted to your student’s Schoology Class group. AP Exam Schedule: AP Exam Schedule 2025-2026 Students are encouraged to arrive early to school for morning exams and will need to provide their own transportation home if their afternoon exam goes past 3:00 PM. Morning exams begin at 8:10 AM, and afternoon exams begin at 12:00 PM, with some exams lasting up to 4 hours. Students may not be dismissed from an exam until all students have finished testing, per College Board regulations. Please make every effort to schedule vacations, appointments, or other activities on dates that do not conflict with the test administration dates, as make-up testing is permitted for verified emergencies only. Students are encouraged to contact their post-secondary institutions of interest to determine whether they accept AP scores for credit or course promotion. Additional information for parents and students can be accessed through the College Board’s site and the EHS website.
