The AEPR will provide an opportunity for APEC economies to: take stock of women’s contribution to, and representation in, the region’s economy; share information and compare experiences and policy approaches to promoting women’s economic participation now and into the future; and inform the Economic Committee’s work to advance women’s empowerment issues.
