AMVIC™ ICF CA Design Guide provides structural design guidance for residential buildings conforming to Part 9 of the 2015 National Building Code of Canada (NBCC). The guide explains how included design tables are derived from specific design parameters and cannot be used when construction fails to meet them. It specifies compliance with NBCC and local building codes and regulations, addresses resistance to gravity, wind, and earthquake forces, and limits design to one floor below grade and up to two stories above grade.
