This document, titled "Ambar's Song," is a narrative centered around a child named Ambar, who is deeply loved by their parents, Aama and Aattho. The story chronicles Ambar's daily routine, starting from waking up early in the morning to listening to songs with Aama, grooming, and having breakfast with Aattho. Following breakfast, Ambar engages in activities like tending to the garden, watering flowers and vegetables, and moving to the rooftop to bounce on a pink gym ball. The narrative then shifts to Ambar's school journey, where they are taken by Aama and Aattho on a scooter. At school, Ambar is accompanied by Nana Mala, who provides assistance in all classes and activities, enabling Ambar to participate alongside other children and the teacher, Miss Bina. The story highlights Ambar's interactions with friends during playtime, particularly a game of doctor where Ambar plays the role of the patient, and on the playground where Ambar uses a wheelchair. The text subtly explores Ambar's perspective on physical differences, posing a question about why other children cannot sit still like Ambar. The illustrations, characteristic of folk art, depict these scenes with vibrant colors and unique stylistic elements, complementing the heartwarming and inclusive narrative. The mention of a wheelchair and specific assistance in school suggests themes of adaptation and support for children with special needs.
