Project Dracnoir aims to fill this gap by offering a dedicated anime merchandise platform tailored specifically for Indian anime enthusiasts. Unlike existing platforms, Dracnoir will provide: 􀁸 Customizable Action Figures – Allowing users to modify features like poses, expressions, and accessories. 􀁸 Localized Stock & Affordable Pricing – Reducing dependency on imports and ensuring a diverse, budget-friendly catalog. 􀁸 Community Engagement Features – Enabling fans to interact, share collections, and participate in discussions, enhancing user experience beyond mere transactions. The primary objectives ofthis research paper are: i) To evaluate the demand and market potential for a dedicated e-commerce platform catering to anime merchandise enthusiasts in India. ii) To identify key factors influencing consumer behavior, including trust, pricing, authenticity, and customization preferences in anime merchandise purchases. iii) To assess the feasibility of Project Dracnoir by analyzing the strengths and limitations of existing platforms and proposing an improved, consumer-centric alternative. This study employs a mixed-method approach, integrating both primary qualitative research and secondary quantitative research to ensure a comprehensive market analysis. This methodological approach ensures a wellrounded understanding of consumer needs, industry challenges, and potential opportunities for Project Dracnoir in the anime merchandise market. This research paper delves into the findings and insights derived from Project Dracnoir. The study aims to evaluate the methodologies, results, and implications presented in the slides. The research highlights key outcomes, discusses relevant challenges, and provides recommendations for future studies.
