Section 2 catalogs 1000 series plumbing valve control logic and flow arrangements. It covers on/off-only layouts, manual selector behavior, and combinations using solenoids with both standard and reverse logic. Additional diagrams explain pressure reducing and pressure sustaining functions, including versions with internal or external filters. It also includes a combination pressure reducing/sustaining configuration. Wiring and pilot bypass notes support correct operation under specified conditions.

FAQs

What does Section 2 of the 1000 series plumbing diagrams cover?

Section 2 presents plumbing diagrams for on/off-only control, manual selector operation, solenoid-assisted configurations, and pressure control functions such as reducing and sustaining.

How do standard and reverse logic solenoid configurations differ?

Standard logic ties solenoid energized/de-energized states to valve opening/closing in one direction, while reverse logic swaps those relationships. The diagrams label each logic type clearly (e.g., L01 vs. L02).

What role do internal vs. external filters play in these diagrams?

The diagrams provide separate plumbing layouts for internal-filter and external-filter versions, showing how the filter placement connects to upstream and downstream components and how flow proceeds through the system.
