It is important for me that this team is made up of woman artists. When I say women I mean anyone who identifies with the notion of womanhood some or all of the time. The set-up of the team revolves around a non-hierarchical structure. One where each artistic voice is heard and valued whilst making sure that no compromises are fallen into. The artistic heart of this project is listening. It has been very important for me that listening has been as much a part of the process as it is in the artistic content. \nFORM: \nThis show is rich with audio and lighting. It is a physical show. There is one performer on stage (Luca) . \nThe show is 1 hour long. \nVALUES: \n• There is financial parity across the board: all creative team members are paid £650 per week. \n• Collaboration and care are at the heart of the process and conduct of the work.
