Carried: 6-0.  \nGeneral Fund report (vouchers \\#26648 – \\#26706) totaling: $134,357.84.  \nPlus e-checks (\\#E67 thru \\#E69 and E71-E79) totaling: $20,967.48.  \nGeneral Fund total of: $155,325.32  \nPayroll report (vouchers \\#22948- \\#23042) totaling: $27,570.09.  \nREPORTS:  \nSheriff’s Report: None.  \nPlanning Commission:  \nDue to the absence of Trustee Blair, Supervisor Braman reported that the Planning Commission approved to move forward on the Capital Improvement Plan.  \nSewer Board:  \nTrustee Slucter reported that a Special Meeting was held on 10-29-2015 concerning the Blue Water Village Complex. The next meeting of the Sewer Board will be 11-19-15 at 7 pm where the Blue Water Village issue will be decided.  \nEmergency Service Department:  \nChief Miller reported that Windsor Charter Township now has an ISO rating of 5; an updated Projected Major Expenditure Forecast Report was distributed to the board members; the new pumper for the WCT Emergency Services fleet will be delivered the week of Thanksgiving.  \nAssessor: None.  \nSupervisor’s Report:  \n1) Waiting to hear back about property on Scout Road, an ownership issue.  \n2) The owner, the Eaton/Berry Health Dept. and Supervisor Braman are trying to put together a plan to clean up the property on Jolly Road.  \n3) A salute to each and every one of our Veterans, in honor of Veteran’s Day and the service and sacrifice they have given to our country.  \nPublic Officials:  \nRalph Reznick, Dimondale Village President, was present for the meeting.  \nClerk Dailey reported on the election held on November 3, 2015. There was an 18% turn out for the  \nEaton Rapids and Charlotte Schools millage proposals. Everything ran smoothly. There will bea recount for the Eaton Rapids millage proposal due to the fact that the proposal was defeated by 3 votes.  \nOther Reports & Announcements:  \nMTA Annual Educational Conference to be held in Detroit, MI on January 19th – 22nd. Registrations must be turned in soon.  \nHEAR PUBLIC PRESENT FOR AGENDA ITEMS: None.  \nUNFINISHED BUSINESS:  \nSlucter moved and Dailey seconded to table the Conference Attendance Policy until the next meeting, November 24. Carried 6-0. It was stated that the wordage needs correcting and that the policy must be more specific in having the office covered during conference time.  \nNEW BUSINESS:  \nThe Resolution for Conference Attendance Policy was tabled until the next meeting due to the fact that the Conference Attendance Policy was tabled until the next meeting.  \nSlucter moved and Myers seconded to amend the 2016 budget, under drains at large, for no more than $7,000. Carried: 6-0.  \nHEAR PUBLIC PRESENT ON ANY SUBJECT  \nLinda Towsley asked if the Code Enforcement Officer had a line item in the 2016 budget? Mrs. Towsley suggested that the township clerk should issue a township check for payment of housing at conferences. By doing so the Michigan tax exempt form can be filed and the township will not be charged for sales tax.  \nWith no further business Kandler moved and Piper seconded to adjourn the meeting.  \nCarried: 6-0.
