You can now select your work sample template and enter your data. The essential skills metrics are being corrected to reflect the new SBAC writing scores as meeting with the new argumentative strand. We are working to accommodate these strand changes since they are not based on the high school entry year and have been in the past. Robin will verify with ODE to confirm that this is the year the new strand takes effect.  \n● Report Conversion Process-We have 5 discipline reports left to convert. Thank you Anna!  \n● 3rd Party Vendor Data-We are currently working to bring DESSA data into the Data Warehouse. This is a social and emotional assessment and we would appreciate your feedback on what type of metrics you would like to see. Please submit an issue with your ideas. We are looking at the vendor examples for the metrics, but as always, we want to hear from you as well. We are also working) on bringing SRI/SMI into the Data Warehouse, please let us know if your district is interested. In the future we will be working to bring Standardized Test Format data from Synergy into the Data Warehouse. It’s the next item on the list for development.  \n● New Vendor Release Form-We are getting more requests for importing data from 3rd party vendors. To make this process more streamlined, we are creating a form that will make it easier for us to work through determining if we can bring the data in. The form will include the information we will need.  \nDemos  \n● Accessibility Supports Data Entry-We are now providing a way for you to enter inaccessibility support data under the new Data Entry>Accessibility Supports. You will be able to select a student from your list and select the School Year, Subject, Test Tool, and Value from a dropdown menu. Once you complete your entry you will need to select  \nInsert. Any supports that have been entered will be visible to you. You can only edit entries that are yours. To run your download for TIDE, go to System Setting>District Management>Data Downloads, and select Accessibility Supports. Can the data be validated by an individual user before submission? We will develop a report but we can’t give you an ETA at this time. We are also looking at users being able to select a group of student to enter in like supports all at once. The group didn’t think this was a great idea, they prefer users have to select students individually. Thanks for the feedback! We will be adding Accessibility Supports as a new rule under System Settings>District Management>District Defaults, Accessibility Supports. To give a user access, you would just need to check the box for Accessibility Supports User at the top of the page. Districts will also have the option of having a District Accessibility Supports Manager, this person would be able to edit any records and export data for any and all students in the district. This option will be located in the same location but at the bottom of the page. The group voted to roll this out on October 31st. This will require us to make some changes. You will see a new tab named Data Entry. Users will no longer see Custom Assessments, it will be moved under Data Entry along with Career Grad Req and Accessibility Supports.
