Room assignments are determined by the North high administration. Dates of usage are in the Appendix section of this agreement. This agreement is only for Saturday usage at North high school. Usage of North highschool for any other day of the week requires the completion of a building permit. The building permit process will require additional fees to be paid by CCWNY-BCS per the District’s facility use fee schedule.  \nUSAGE TIME (Extended Usage time)  \nThe Saturday use time is between 8:30am-12:00 p.m. The exit time from the building will be  \n12:30 p.m. The District will provide five use dates to the CCWNY-BCS where they may extend their exit time by one hour. The exit time on these dates will be 1:30 p.m. The District requests that CCWNY-BCS provide North high school with a minimum of seven days’ notice prior to the date that they wish to extend their normal exit time by one hour. If the exit times are not abided by per this lease agreement, WCS will request CCWNY-BCS to address the late departure times with their group members. If the late departure times become patterned and consistent (greater than five occurrences throughout the lease time period), the WCSD will consider revocation of the lease agreement.  \nCOMPLIANCE WITH WCS POLICIES  \nCCWNY-BCS agrees that its agents, employees, and participants shall comply with all WCSD policies, rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in immediate revocation of this lease agreement.  \nDISTRICT– CANCELLATION OF USAGE  \nCCWNY-BCS agrees to changes or cancellation in space usage as requested by the District throughout the term of the agreement. If the cancelled usage date is not rescheduled the cost for usage applicable to the cancelled date will be reduced from the final payment due WCSD  \nCANCELLATION OF USAGE–SNOW EMERGENCY  \nIf WCSD cancels the usage of North school due to a snow emergency and CCWNY-BCS is not able toreschedule the use of space on another date agreeable to both CCWNY-BCS and WCSD, the cost for usage applicable to the cancelled date will be reduced from the final payment due WCSD.  \nFINANCIAL CONDITIONS  \nWCSD assumes no responsibility for collection ofCCWNY-BCS fees or payment ofCCWNY-BCS expenses.  \nQUIET ENJOYMENT  \nCCWNY-BCS and its staff will be responsible for ensuring that their usage of space in North highschool in no way interferes with any other activities taking place in the school or on its premises. If the interference cannot be rectified by CCWNY-BCS, WCSD reserves the right to immediately terminate CCWNY-BCS’s usage of North high school on the date of the activity interference. A meeting between WCSD and CCWNY-BCS must be held to address the issues prior to CCWNY-BCS’s next scheduled usage date.  \nCCWNY STAFF  \nWCSD will be provided with the names ofCCWNY-BCS coordinators including the person or persons responsible for supervision and oversight of individuals participating in CCWNY-BCS’s programs.
