Unanimous approval.  \nTreasurer’s Report: Tim McDonald  \n􀁸 April 24 balance $5,448.37 does not include $100 received the day of the meeting, $100 from an on-line payment yet to be credited to the account, or $75 in petty cash from a cash payment made to the treasurer.  \n􀁸 Lynn is still to be reimbursed for lights.  \n􀁸 Directory updates (provided to Tim) to be given to Danny, via Lynn .  \n􀁸 Tim to check if bank fees are waived with WKNA now a 501c(3) or with minimum balance.  \n􀁸 Kurt moved that the April Treasurer’s Report be accepted with the year corrected to 2013, seconded by David. Unanimous approval.  \nSocial Committee: Kirby Warnock/Leah Chandler  \n􀁸 Victoria’s, on Davis, selected for May 14th Neighborhood Night Out.  \n􀁸 Spring Salad Supper a great success, Babb’s food a hit.  \n􀁸 Pool Party location/date to be discussed at the next meeting.  \nGreen Committee: No representation  \n􀁸 Earth Day a success.
