The Trust is also a New York State public authority, regulated pursuant to the New York State Public Authorities Law. \nThe Trust is responsible for the planning, design, development, construction, operation and maintenance of Hudson River Park (the “Park”), a waterfront park and estuarine sanctuary, which is located between the northern seawall of Battery Park City and West 59th Street along the Hudson River in Manhattan. The Park includes a dozen completed public park piers, acres of landscaped paths, lawns and gardens, boathouses and some of the most popular and heavily used athletic fields in New York City. New Yorkers from all over the city and state, and tourists from all over the world come to enjoy its vistas, use its playgrounds, and enjoy getting in and near the river on kayaks, ferries, sailboats and historic vessels. \nThe Trust operates and maintains the Park with income generated within the Park area by rents from commercial tenants, fees from concession revenues and events, grants and donations. Capital funding has historically come primarily from the State of New York, City of New York and federal budget appropriations. The Trust also works closely with Hudson River Park Friends (“Friends”), a New York State not-for-profit corporation established to support the Park with private donations. \nThe mission of the Trust is to encourage, promote and expand public access to the Hudson River, to promote water-based recreation, and enhance the natural, cultural, and historic aspects of the river for residents and visitors to the area. \nHudson River Park Trust Business Opportunity \nThe Trust seeks to undertake a comprehensive overhaul of its website, [huds","cbCaidcalqknTzns","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCaidcalqknTzns","pdf",1861728,69,"English","# Introduction\n## Invitation to Submit Proposal\n## RFP Summary\n## Responsiveness Determination\n# Requirements\n## Services to be Performed and Work Product\n## Compensation\n## General Conditions, Terms, Limitations and Requirements\n## Interviews\n## Selection\n# Exhibits\n## Exhibit 1\n## Proposal Certification Form and Supplemental Questionnaire\n## Fee and Cost Schedule\n## Doing Business Data Form\n## Non-Collusion Certification Form\n## Iran Divestment Form\n## Contract Draft (Includes Scope of Services)","[{\"question\":\"What is the purpose of this request for proposals (RFP)?\",\"answer\":\"It invites proposals for a comprehensive overhaul of Hudson River Park Trust’s website to modernize content, integrate branding, improve functionality, and better serve the Trust, Friends, and visitors.\"},{\"question\":\"What contract and timeline details are specified?\",\"answer\":\"The RFP is identified as Contract No. G5119, issued on October 16, 2019, with a submission deadline of November 14, 2019.\"},{\"question\":\"Who is the intended audience for the redesigned website?\",\"answer\":\"The website serves a diverse audience, including park users, donors and volunteers, vendors and contractors, business and government professionals, scientists and educators, and tourists.\"}]","Website Redesign - Request for Proposals - Contract No. G5119 | PDF",1789136884,24]
