We are currently seeking an artistic and technically skilled professional to serve as the primary designer/developer of our website development projects. This is a salaried, full-time position.  \nQualifications: Four-year Bachelors Degree with a minimum of two years of related professional work experience is required. Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop®, DreamWeaver®, HTML, CSS and current web standards is a must. Candidate must have excellent design skills and the technical know-how to construct a fully-functional website based upon his/her designs. Knowledge of web browser and email client idiosyncrasies as they relate to website development is essential. We operate in a Mac-based environment.  \nCandidate must be well-organized, able to see project details through to completion, and able to juggle multiple projects. Key responsibilities involve all aspects of website construction, from design concept to production. This includes working with clients through all stages of the development process. A large component of the production involves integrating HTML, CSS and images into our proprietary content management system.  \nPlease note that this is not a software development position.  \nSecondary responsibilities involve working with the software development team to collaborate on functional improvements and the user interface design of our products.  \nWe currently maintain more than 140 websites and produce roughly 24-30 new or redesigned sites each year.
