This project is part of the City’s Rebuilding Community Infrastructure Program (\"Rebuild\") .  \nSubmission Deadline  \nApplicants must submit a response/proposal (a \"Response\") no later than October 20th, 2022, at 3:00 PM; absolutely no Response will be accepted after that time.  \nMandatory Pre-Bid Meeting  \nAll Applicants must attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting onsite at Vernon Park, 5800 Germantown Ave, Philadelphia PA 19144 at 10:00 A.
