DATE CHANGES:  \nIN the event the CLIENT(S) is forced to change the date of the event every effort will be made by Clara Anna Fontein Game Reserve to transfer reservations to support the new date. The CLIENT(S) agrees that in the event of a date change any expenses including but not limited to deposits and fees that are nonrefundable and non-transferable are the solo responsibility of the CLIENT(S) . The CLIENTS(S) further understands that last minute changes can impact the quality of the event and that Clara Anna Fontein Game Reserve is not responsible for these compromises in quality  \n3. CANCELLATIONS:  \nIn the event of a cancellation of an event, all payments made to date are non-refundable.  \n4. LIABILITY:  \nThe CLIENT(S) agree to reimburse Clara Anna Fontein Game Reserve for any material loss or damages caused by guests. The CLIENT(S) are responsible for the good conduct of guests.  \n5. VEHICLES:  \nThe CLIENT(S) and their guests will enter the property with their own private vehicles at own risk. All drivers must comply with the following rules:  \n- CLIENT(S) and their guests must stay on the marked path that will lead them to the lapa where vehicles will be parked. They may not go off the path or drive on an alternative path.  \n- CLIENT(S) and their guests must comply with the speed limit of 20KM/H  \n- CLIENT(S) and their guests MAY NOT speed, rev, spin, drift, hoot or make dust with their vehicles on the property.  \n- CLIENT(S) and their guests MAY NOT play loud music from their vehicles when on the property.  \nIf the above rules are not complied with, the CLIENT(S) will receive a fine of R 1 000.00. If a driver injuresan animal on the property due to not complying with the above-mentioned rules, the CLIENT (S) will receive an additional fine of R 5 000.00.  \n6.
