It outlines best practices for leveraging certificates for each course, tracking learner completion, simplifying assignment when enrollment management is not required, and enabling reminder automation through custom alert rules. Navigate to the seats of the open course section. \n2. Select the radio box next to the user(s) who have successfully completed the course elements. \n3. Select Award (specific certificate name) \n4. Respond OK to the popup prompt to save the selection. \n5. Enter the property data needed and hit save. \nAdministrators Perspective \nAdministrators can use the Users tab on the certificate, then evaluate the History tab to see when each learner has previously completed the training. \nNote: Headers of the table can be leveraged as filters for isolating data points. \nLearners Perspective \nLearners can use their Inbox to evaluate trainings completed by selecting the content (certificates) in reference, then using the History tab to see when they’ve previously completed the training. \nNote: Selecting the printer icon allows them to print their certificate record themselves!","cbCaiaP29HbwC9o3","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCaiaP29HbwC9o3","pdf",898938,"English","# What’s the Best Practice?\n## Leveraging certificate records\n# Why a certificate record?\n## Key benefits\n# Learners Perspective\n## To Do list and status\n## Enroll and complete training\n# Manual Awarding\n## Step-by-step process\n# Administrators Perspective\n## Users tab and History filters\n# Learners Perspective\n## Inbox and History\n## Printing certificates","[{\"question\":\"How do certificate records help automate training in PowerDMS?\",\"answer\":\"Certificates track a training record, enable automatic reminders for renewals via custom alert rules, and provide a consistent completion confirmation point.
