Mr. Tucker will be working on a Promissory Note and Security Agreement template to be reviewed and discussed at the next subsequent  \nmeeting.  \nMember Ken Benson provided members documents containing the following information:  \n(1) Current 2023 Collection and Lien Enforcement Policy  \n(2) Basic Policies and Procedures  \n(3) Definition for Judicial and Non-Judicial Foreclosures.  \nDiscussion ensued.
