We got you.  \nWhat is the 1098-T form?  \nWhen you file your 20201 income tax return, the 1098-T Tuition Statement is what you’ll refer to when reporting tuition and related education expenses that you may have paid in 2021.  \nIt’s important because it also helps to determine if any education credits or deductions apply to your qualified expenses.  \nWho needs to fill this out?  \nStudents who have made payments for qualified tuition and/or related expenses in 2021 will be receiving a 1098-T form.  \nWhat do I need to do?  \nStudents who have requested to receive their 1098-T Tuition Statement electronically should have received an email notification within 24-48 hours.  \nTo access your 1098-T form online, you will need to enter:  \n· First and Last Name  \n· Social Security Number  \n· Zip Code that appears on your 1098-T form  \nStudents who did not request to receive their 1098-T electronically with receive the form by mail.
