TWCCTW’s quest is to give as many children and women in need the opportunity to spread their wings and fly.  \nSince 2008 small groups of professional speakers from around the world travel to SE Asia to speak, serve, and experience the culture.  \nWe host leadership conferences to raise money to donate to local projects that fit our criteria.  \nThroughout this report, you'll learn more about the exciting projects we're involved in. Like most non-profit organizations, COVID severely impacted  \nour financial resources since we were unable to travel to raise funds. This means we need to rely on our trusted and generous donors, to continue to support us.  \nWe are grateful and appreciate your generous help and support over the last 10 years. It’s only thanks to you that we can help support women and children in need.  \nAs co-founder, Jana Stanfield reminds us,“we cannot do all the good that the world needs, but the world needs all the good that we can do.”  \nScot Friedman  \nScott Friedman  \nPresident  \n2021 Annual Report | 3  \nWE'RE ON A MISSION  \nTo empower and educate women and children in  \nSoutheast Asia.  \n2021 Annual Report | 4  \nOUR WORK  \nHow we choose the causes and project we support...  \nTheymust fit within our mission to empower and educate less fortunate children and women in SE Asia.  \nOver the years we’ve learned through trial and error, to identify and support “champion” projects that provide children and women opportunities to build confidence, competence, character, and most important, sustainability.  \nWhat these “champions\" have in common is commitment, tenacity, and passion to provide abetter life for those in need.  \n2021 Annual Report | 5  \nOUR  \nHAMPIONS  \nSpeak English.  \nAre fiscally responsible and transparent.  \nStrive to create sustainability to depend less on outside resources.  \nAre religiously inclusive.  \nAre compassionate leaders.  \nOur overall focus is on social enterprise…  \nhelping children and women gain skills to better their lives, family, and community.  \n2021 Annual Report |6  \nTWCCTW Project:  \nDental Program in Rural Cambodia  \nTogether We Can Change The World (TWCCTW) has provided a grant to the Cambodia Community Dream Organization( CCDO), to establish a dental program for school children in rural Cambodia near S iem Reap.  \nThe grant benefits more than twenty primary schools and over 5,000 children.  \nTWCCTW Board Member, Steve Tillis, a retired dentist, screened over 120 children. 80 percent had visual dental decay, and a significant number were in pain.  \nThe first part of the program involves establishing a dental hygiene program in the schools. Teachers are trained to teach and provide preventative dental hygiene.  \nThe students are taught about the need for good oral hygiene.  \nEach school day the students, under supervision, brush their teeth with toothbrushes provided through the grant.  \nThe second part of the program is dental screening by a trained dental professional at each school. Children who are in pain or have severe dental needs are taken to the Siem Reap Hospital Dental Clinic for the necessary dental treatment.  \nThis dental program has been a tremendous success in eliminating dental pain and establishing a preventative dental hygiene program to help eliminate future dental disease and keep children from becoming dental cripples at a young age.  \n2021 Annual Report | 7  \nClean Water Water Wells  \nEach water well & filter provides a family and its immediate neighbors with easily accessible, hand pumped, clean water.
