 \nB.Assign judges of the court on a temporary basis to serve in anotherdivision of the court as required by the business of the court.  \n## RULE 3ADMINISTRATIVE JUDGE\n\n### 3.01 Administrative Judge -Election and Role\n\nIn accordance with Sup.R.4,the judiciary of the General Division shallelect an Administrative Judge in the manner set forth therein.TheAdministrative Judge shall perform the duties set forth in Sup.R.4.01governing the same,to wit:  \nA.Be responsible for and exercise control over the administration,docketand calendar of the General Division;  \nB.Be responsible to the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court in thedischarge of the Administrative Judge's duties,for the observance ofthe Rules of Superintendence for the Courts of Ohio,and for thetermination of all cases in the General Division without undue delayand in accordance with the time guidelines set forth in Sup.R.39;  \nC.Pursuant to Sup.R.36,assign cases to individual judges of the GeneralDivision;  \nD.Require timely and accurate reports from each judge of the GeneralDivision concerning the status of individually assigned cases and courtpersonnel concerning cases assigned to particular sessions;  \nE.Timely file all Administrative Judge reports required by the CaseManagement Section of the Supreme Court;  \nF.Develop accounting and auditing systems within the General Divisionand the office of the clerk of the court that ensure the accuracy andcompleteness of all required reports;  \nG.Request,as necessary,the assignment of judges to the GeneralDivision by the Chief Justice or the Presiding Judge of the court;  \nH.Administer personnel policies established by the General Division;
