Remove the Title field:\nNavigate to the Mailings tab\nMove your curser to just after the g in “Executive Dog” and hit Backspace twice. This will delete the whole field without removing formatted spaces.\nClick “Update Labels” – You will now see that the First Name and Last Name fields. Do not worry about the formatting in this view. This will go away when you begin your mail merge.\nTo Mail Merge:\nIn the Mailings tab, choose Select Recipients and then Use an existing list\nWhen importing, make sure to select the box that indicates the top row has headers.\nOnce you hit OK, you should see the Word document filled in.
