Letter of Intent – Real Estate  \nAt 6:03 p.m. Clark Hinsdale moved to go into executive session for the purpose of discussing real estate negotiations citing 1 VSA, § 313(a)(2), finding that premature general public disclosure of the discussion would put the town at a substantial disadvantage. Red Muir seconded the motion. All voted in favor. MOTION PASSED  \nRed Muir moved to invite Carl Cole to the executive session. Chris Campbell seconded the motion. All voted in favor.
