Not as loud and as ‘bassy’ as on previous evenings which they have complained about. \nWhen having future music events, if the music levels can be maintained as they have been in the last two weeks, this should resolve the matter. \nShould you wish to discuss this matter, please give me a call. \n27.2.23 Email to GR. It provides a defence against statutory action, even if a nuisance is found to exist, providing that you can demonstrate that you have adopted the best practicable means to prevent or counteract the effects of the nuisance and I invite any comments that you may have. However, I stress that in order to demonstrate such you must provide evidence by way of technical literature and examples of best practice adopted elsewhere. \nIt would appear the music levels are louder when the rear door and windows are opened. It would be advisable to keep them closed during the times when music is playing. \nI’ve still not received your Noise Management Plan which w","cbCais8965OZDsE6","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCais8965OZDsE6","pdf",261627,"English","# Timeline of key actions and decisions\n## Noise assessments and council correspondence\n## Monitoring evidence and enforcement steps","[{\"question\":\"What prompted the case to be re-opened after it was closed for insufficient evidence?\",\"answer\":\"Further complaints of loud music led to reopening on 24.04.23, with emails exchanged about keeping windows and doors closed and discussion of whether a limiter would be purchased.\"},{\"question\":\"How did the council assess whether the entertainment constituted a statutory nuisance?\",\"answer\":\"Council visits recorded that entertainment was not statutory nuisance at some times, but later evidence and complaints supported escalation.
