Bartending is in my blood! \nWhen I first started working behind the bar, aged just eleven years old, I discovered the power a bartender can have and the way a bar can bring people together. I've been captivated ever since. \nI've made drinks for the rich, for royalty and presidents-a Who's Who of the famous and the infamous. I've created drinks now known all over the globe, and I've traveled the world as a result of my passion for cocktails. \nThis book is my way of revealing some of the secrets to my success-it's my contribution to a bartending tradition that began in the mid-1 800s, when the world's first mixologist, \"Professor\" Jerry Thomas, wrote the first ever book about cocktails. To me, a well-made cocktail represents the pinnacle of sophisticated drinking. There's really no wider range of drinks that can rival the diversity in drink styles, the range of ingredients you can combine-hey, even in the range of glassware. And cocktails don't need tobe complicated: sometimes the elegance of a g","cbCaiep7U9lovtpl","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCaiep7U9lovtpl","pdf",10943840,461,"English","# Contents\n## Introduction\n## Bar Basics\n## The Recipes\n## Brandy\n## Gin\n## Rum\n## Tequila\n## Vodka\n## Whiskey & Bourbon\n## Champagne & Wine\n## Bitters & Other Spirits\n## Punches, Cups & Eggnogs\n## Liqueurs\n## Shooters\n## Hot Drinks\n## Calabrese Classics\n## Non-Alcoholic\n## Index\n## Acknowledgments","[{\"question\":\"What does the introduction emphasize about cocktails?\",\"answer\":\"It explains the appeal of cocktails and argues that a well-made cocktail represents sophisticated drinking.
