Third parties are civil society organisations (CSOs)2 that are not formal partners or beneficiaries of the action but interested to contribute to its activities. The call will be open to \n1 Grant contract-External Actions of the European Union – CSO-LA/2020/411-443 \n2 CSOs are non-state, not-for-profit, voluntary entities formed by people in the social sphere that are separate from state and market. CSOs represent a wide range of interests and ties. They can include community-based organizations as well as non-governmental organizations (NGOs) . \nall smaller and grassroots oriented CSOs based in Slovenia that have a strong track record of reaching out and working with youths. \n2 Objective of the Financial Support \nThe overall objective of this financial support to national third parties is to improve access to the target group in Slovenia and to gain expertise and capacities for youth campaigning at national level. \nThe expected result of the call is to spread the planned \\#GoEAThical youth campaign via third parties that are already working with youths and are thus reaching a significantly higher number of youths with our messages as well as getting access to engaged youths and young influencers. \nThe applying third party organisation (the Applicant) provides a project proposal that should therefore contribute to the following specific objectives: \n• improving access to the target group in the home countries of the consortium members \n• gaining expertise and cap","cbCairpNxwnl0kf1","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCairpNxwnl0kf1","pdf",288389,6,"English","# Terms of Reference (ToR)\n## Background\n## Objective of the Financial Support\n## Eligibility Criteria for Applicant\n## Target Groups\n## Duration and Timing","[{\"question\":\"What is the purpose of the financial support in Slovenia?\",\"answer\":\"To improve access to the target group in Slovenia and to build expertise and capacities for youth campaigning at national level.\"},{\"question\":\"Who can apply as an eligible Applicant?\",\"answer\":\"A legal, non-profit civil society organisation established in Slovenia, not a beneficiary of the action and not receiving other third-party financial support under this call.\"},{\"question\":\"What is the application timeline for this call?\",\"answer\":\"The call launches on 5.11.2020; questions are due by 10.11.2020; applications must be submitted by 15.11.2020, with results notified by email on 17.11.2020 and activities starting between 17.11.2020 and 1.2.2021.\"}]","Terms of Reference (ToR) - Financial support to third parties for CSOs targeting youths in Slovenia | PDF",1789219884]
