Provider is an operator of SaaS systems and Mobile Applications and agrees to provide a customized version of the EMBER SaaS PRODUCT named‘CUSTOMER SYSTEM NAME’ for use by the Customer for PURPOSE HERE.  \n2. Customer is a   (customer details)  \n3. The Provider and the Customer therefore wish to enter into a contract in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.  \nAGREEMENT  \n1.
