This repository is stored within the PowerPro database eliminating the need to store templates separately. \nTemplate Manager is a standard functionality included in PowerPro Sky, and optional for the legacy PowerPro Local version. \nIn PowerPro Sky, templates in the Template Manager are automatically backed up as part of PowerPro Sky’s backup policies. \nThe Template Merge Field Reference List \nA reference list exists to help RTOs understand the Merge Field name and it’s corresponding PowerPro field. \nThe Reference List can be found and downloaded from PowerPro’s FAQ webpage here. Alternatively, it can be viewed online at [https://powerprorto.com.au/tms/qh/MERGEFIELDSLIST.pdf](https://powerprorto.com.au/tms/qh/MERGEFIELDSLIST.pdf). \nAccessing the Template Manager \nThe Template Manager can be found via the Configuration Menu. \nClicking on the Template Manager button will give a list of template types and the various templates in each of them. \n▪ Image above: Template Manager","cbCaijGQZcncY4sX","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCaijGQZcncY4sX","pdf",571026,13,"English","# About this Guide\n## The Template Merge Field Reference List\n## Accessing the Template Manager\n## Accessing Templates for Viewing and Editing\n## Exceptions\n## Editing a Word Template\n## Editing an Email or SMS Template\n## Other Action Options","[{\"question\":\"What is the Template Manager in PowerPro, and where are templates stored?\",\"answer\":\"Template Manager is a central repository of all document templates used by PowerPro operators.
