I further understand that I am responsible for paying the collection agency fee which may be based on a percentage at a maximum of 33 1/3 percent of my delinquent account, together with all costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, necessary for the collection of my delinquent account.  \nI understand that any uncollected debt I owe may be reported by the University or its agent to a credit reporting agency and that such reporting may negatively impact my ability to obtain credit.  \nCOMMUNICATION AND CONTACT INFORMATION  \nStudent Business Services communicates all financial account information via electronic services using online secured portal and may send me important notices via my University student e-mail account.
