Implementation Services Overview  \n8x8 shall provide services to assist [Customer Name] (\"Customer\") with the implementation of the 8x8 Unified Communication as a Service (UCaaS) solution. The services in this SOW are intended to reinforce the course material from the administrator training and are not intended to be a replacement for Customer successfully completing appropriate 8x8 training offerings.  \nAn 8x8 Solution Delivery Advisor will collaborate with Customer's project team to provide Services defined in this SOW. The parties recognize that Customer’s priorities and requirements may change during engagement, and that Customer may request modifications to the Services contemplated by this SOW. If such changes impact the estimated cost and/or duration of the Project, they will be reviewed between Customer’s Project Owner and 8x8’s Project Coordinator and, if approved, will be reflected in a mutually executed Change Request.  \n2.
