PERMITTED INSTALLATION AND USE.  \nUse of SCT Files is limited to 2 computers (or other devices capable of using software) owned by the same entity, company or person. If you require installation on more than 2 computers an extended license or additional purchase is required. Contact Sports Card Templates for extended license details.  \nThis license allows for use of the SCT Files in the creation of art/design works, digitized images for use on the web, for print and for personal use. If you design or for third party (clients), and you are considered the originator of the work, you may use SCT Files in those creations with the understanding that the use by any third party is subject to the terms of this license, without distinction and as if those third parties are you.  \nThe prohibited use of SCT Files includes, but is not limited to:  \n• The transfer of layered SCT Files (.psd files) to a third party  \n• The reselling of SCT files, or elements included within as templates or stock imagery  \n• The repurposing of SCT files for templates or stock imagery  \nWhen designing for a third party, all final files transferred to said third party must be ‘flattened’images (JPG, TIF, PNG files).  \nYou may use flattened SCT Files in multiple impressions, including print media, clothing, packaging, stickers, mouse pads or similar products. You may not include SCT Files in any trademark or patent registration.  \nThis license allows you to make a single back-up copy of SCT Files. The sub-licensing, selling, leasing, renting or transferring of layered Files to another person or company is strictly prohibited.  \n3. MY COMPUTER CRASHED!  \nOnce purchased, the end user may re-download the files from the Sports Card Templates website for a period of one-year at no additional charge. If you exceed the one-year term for re-download the files must be purchased again.  \n4. ADDITIONAL  \nSCT Files are licensed, they are not sold and subject to the terms of this Agreement.
