The intent is to assist in ensuring that the application submittal is complete and meets the criteria set forth by the Supplemental Declaration of Protective Covenants for La Lomita at South Fork Ranches. This document prescribes the architectural standards for single-family residential construction in the sub-association; therefore, each applicant, architect, and builder should thoroughly review them prior to submission.  \nApplicants preparing a submittal should compare the information they are about to submit with the requirements of this form and “check off” each required item on the form. If any item is not checked, the Application submittal is not complete and should not be submitted.
