INTRODUCTION\u0005\nThe world is increasingly faced with global problems such as depletion of natural resources, global warming, increasing economic inequality and terrorism. Now, ways to combat increasing \u0005problems at every level and how to achieve a more livable world are being sought. The uncertainty of whether rapidly advancing information and communication technologies will trigger or correct these problems is in the hands of humanity. Therefore, as an effective and efficient way to solve problems in society, it is very important for us to make full use of information and communication technologies in order to obtain new information and create new values by establishing connections between “people and objects” and “real and cyber” worlds. In any case, societies that are lagging behind in technological change and development will have difficulty in taking their place in the new structure of the world and ensuring integration. Therefore, it has become an important requirement for all societies to be aware of the change and take the necessary steps. In this way, it will be possible to create better lives for people and to sustain healthy economic growth. Because technology is now changing its shell and becoming more human-focused.\nFrom the beginning of the 21st century onwards, objects\nIt is based on the understanding of creating a human-centered society to increase the welfare of society by using technology for the benefit of humanity.
