Some of the technical assistance offered will include assisting small businesses to prepare for Invest Atlanta loan products, disbursement of the CARES Act funds, community outreach, and community engagement. Additional responsibilities may include providing support to the Small Business division as needed.  \nHe/she will need to possess strong leadership, time management, and organizational skills. The candidate should have experience in community relations, small business lending and will, over time, be comfortable engaging in all portions ofthe small business loan portfolio which includes but is not limited to: data entry into our electronic database, technical assistance, speaking in public and providing regular reports to the Chief Equity Officer. The Small Business Development and Resilience Senior Manager will also help to identify ways that Invest Atlanta can be more effective and efficient in supporting small business financing needs.  \nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES  \n• Provide business support activities to improve the overall technical viability of the neighborhood commercial corridor by spearing new private investment into commercial and nearby residential areas.
