(guest), Cindy (Thursday Healthy Relationships group), George (Montclair, NJ), Erika E (Guest) .  \nThese notes were prepared by the chair for Anne (the secretary), who could not attend due to internet issues.  \nReports:  \nReport from Dan in Communications (see attached) . It was decided that the group wishing to list the“European” meeting on the NY web site and to use the NY Intergroup’s Zoom account for the meeting come to the August IG meeting to answer questions from the membership regarding the group’s connection to the NY/Northern NJ intergroup service area. Mark S suggested that a particular time could be set aside for that discussion so that the member from that group would not need to sit through the whole meeting.  \nMark S reported on Treasury for Cara (see attached) . It was suggested that Cara report the names of the ABM conference attendees being reimbursed within the report so that members can keep track of who has been reimbursed.  \nABM committee:  \nABM committee reports that they will meet this month to discuss divvying up work on reading motions, IFDs, etc. They will present a report in the August meeting.  \nFWS commitees:  \nShoky reported on literature units sold, both physical copies and in virtual channels (Apple App Store, Amazon sales) . He noted that the early bird deadline has passed for ABM registration.  \nLloyd reported on the anorexia committee.  \nAva reported from the Board finance committee. She noted that FWS is looking into new office space, notably smaller office space with a larger warehouse facility.  \nEvents committee:  \nDan and Shoky reported on the progress for acquiring space for the Share-A-Day event. Dan spoke with Tiffany and Ruby at St Margarets in downtown Manhattan regarding dates in October for the space. The event may last 2 days, and Dan noted that the space is very affordable. He noted he has 5-7 motivated volunteers for the event and stated that more work will be needed once the location and date has been secured. Sam reminded members that the Jewish holidays may conflict with a date in October.  \nRequests for new business  \nAmy A requests that discussion take place regarding the fact that (1) many online meetings started during the pandemic now have many members who are not from NYC or NJ and (2) that in-person meeting attendance has been slow in picking up perhaps because online meetings are given too much prevalence on the web site.  \nOld business  \nVoting on the following motion was scheduled  \nChange to the bylaws: “For each ABM, an ABM Rep committee is established to deal with logistics (contact info for delegates and transportation) and motions/IFDs the ABM reps will face at the ABM. The committee monitors updates to the agenda, recommends to the IG positionson motions/IFDs. The IG gives feedback to the committee and the committee elects a chair that communicates on behalf of the committee to the IG.
