D’Amico Plumbing & Heating Co., Inc. (“D’Amico Plumbing”), 68 Middle Street, Geneva, New York 14456 (“the D’Amico Contract”); and  \nWHEREAS, The County and D’Amico Plumbing have agreed to mutually terminate the D’Amico Contract; and  \nWHEREAS, The Ontario County Public Works Department recommends terminating the D’Amico Contract as being in the best interest of the County; and  \nWHEREAS, The FLCC Projects Committee has considered this matter, concluded that it is in the best interests of the County to mutually terminate the D’Amico Contract, reviewed this resolution and recommends its approval; now, therefore, be it  \nRESOLVED, The Ontario County Board of Supervisors hereby agrees to mutually terminate the plumbing contract of Bid B14009 made to Daniel J. D’Amico Plumbing & Heating Co., Inc. per Resolution No. 205-2014; and further  \nRESOLVED, That the Department of Finance is authorized to issue a check in the amount of $60,640 .00 to Daniel J. D’Amico Plumbing & Heating Co., Inc., conditional upon and in full satisfaction and discharge of all claims for outstanding and disputed payments under the D’Amico Contract; and further  \nRESOLVED, That the Department of Finance is authorized to issue a check in the amount of $9,000 .00 to Daniel J.
