Your SEO audit is complete and ready for review. Now it's time to elevate your SEO and climb those rankings. \nI utilized various tools to gather data from your site. After analyzing the information and benchmarking your pages against top competitors, I've put together a prioritized list of tasks that need your attention. \nTo ensure you have clear and actionable steps, I've included screenshots and detailed instructions for addressing each issue. If you're uncertain about implementing any of the recommendations, don't worry. You can always reach out for help, or I can take care of the fixes for you. \nHere’s what is covered in this report: \nOrganic Traffic \nGoals: I propose primarily focusing on 2 main goals right now. \nOn-Page Optimizations Keyword Strategy \nHome Page \nFamily \nVolunteer \nDonate: \nBlog: Technical Issues \nMissing Meta Descriptions Orphaned Pages \nOff-Page SEO \nBacklink Strategy Current backlinks: \nOther Backlink Opportunities Google My Business \nFree Ad Opportunities for Nonprofits Prioritized To-Do List \nLet’s start by looking at your current organic traffic… \nOrganic Traffic \nKeep in mind that we only have a week’s worth of data since setting up Google Analytics. This is also right after completing summer camp for the year, so it is not surprising that your traffic isn’t higher. \nIn the past 28 days, you’ve had 12 new users to your site. As you can see, it’s about half organic search and half direct traffic. Direct traffic is the users that visited your site by typing in your exact URL. Organic search is the amount of users that typed something into the search bar, found your website, and clicked on it. Increasing the organic search traffic is what SEO optimizations are all about, so that is where we will focus our efforts. \nOf those users, most are from Seattle, as expected. \nThese are the pages that were viewed by these users. \nThese are the terms that people had typed into the search bar when they found you and clicked on your website. Notice that they are all business name related, meaning that they had already heard of you and just needed to find your website. Let’s get you some more keywords to rank for. \nGoals: I propose primarily focusing on 2 main goals right now. \n1. Return summer camp participants, volunteers, and donors to your site for highlights of how camp went and excitement about next year, as well as any fundraising activities planned for the year. -Especially for this month-ASAP. The benefits of this timely goal is to increase search engine rankings by keeping your website active and visited AND in order to keep excitement up for participation next year. \n2. Bring in new and returning donors. Now until the end of December. -Measure this by looking at the pages that people visited on your site (donate page) and keyword search terms. Priority! \nThe rest of this report will include how to reach these goals as well as how to optimize your site in general for search engine optimizations. \nOn-Page Optimizations Keyword Strategy \nKeyword strategy is the number one priority in on-page SEO. Once we decide upon quality keyword phrases that people are using to search in Google, we can implement them in multiple places on your website. Each page needs to be optimized for a different keyword. There are places that people see like the text on the page and the headings, but also some backend places like image file names and alt text, meta descriptions, etc. \nFor your charity, because it’s such a specific niche, I am sticking with long-tail keyword phrases to show up for people searching for exactly what you offer. \nHome Page \nI recommend we optimize your homepage for the keyword ‘family camp for kids with cancer washington’. You don’t have to use exactly this phrase over and over on your page, but we will make sure it looks just like this on the backend, and then on the front-end we","cbCaiep9HEyNoF6k","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCaiep9HEyNoF6k","pdf",3331942,10,"English","# SEO Audit Report\n## Organic Traffic\n## Goals and Priorities\n## On-Page Optimizations and Keyword Strategy\n## Homepage Recommendations\n## Family Page Recommendations\n## Volunteer Page Recommendations\n## Off-Page SEO and Backlink Opportunities\n## Technical Issues and To-Do List","[{\"question\":\"How does the report evaluate current SEO performance?\",\"answer\":\"It uses tools to gather site data, compares pages with top competitors, and reviews organic traffic results from a week of Google Analytics data.\"},{\"question\":\"What are the two main SEO goals prioritized in the report?\",\"answer\":\"Return summer camp participants, volunteers, and donors to the site for camp highlights and fundraising updates, and attract new and returning donors from now until the end of December.\"},{\"question\":\"What on-page optimization approach does the report recommend?\",\"answer\":\"Select quality long-tail keyword phrases people use in Google and apply them across visible content and backend elements such as headings, image file names, alt text, and meta descriptions.\"}]","SEO Audit Report - Prioritized Task Plan | PDF",1789263094]
