Call to Order  \nThe meeting was called to order at 3.02pm.  \n2. Chair’s Report  \nThe Chair of the Senate Standing Committee on Program Review (SSCPR), Mary Androsiuk reported on the conversation that took place at Senate last month when the request for clarity on the mandate of the SSCPR was brought up. Apparently the membership and mandate of all Senate committees is being reviewed by the Senate Governance Committee (SGC) and an expected completion date of Spring 2013 is likely.  \n5. Vice Chair Position  \nChristina Pikios has been formalized as the Vice Chair of SSCPR. The membership of the Sub-committee formed for the Fashion Program Review has is also being forwarded to Senate for approval.  \nMoved by Mike Coombes; seconded by Izgy Gocer THAT the Senate Standing Committee on Program Review recommend that a meeting take place between the Sub-committee for Program Review, Gordon Lee and Jane Fee in order to familiarize themselves with the  \nProgram review process. Facilitator’s Report  \n6.1 Review of Job Description for Facilitator and Coordinator  \nThe Facilitator, Colleen McGoff Dean reviewed the work completed and by the Program Review Teams and pointed out the differences between the Coordinator position and the Facilitator. A list of the activities that Colleen is involved in was presented along with the information about an upcoming conference where she will be presenting on“Communication in the global community” which focusses on institutional communication challenges. Currently the Facilitator is working beyond her fifty percent time release and Institutional Analysis and Planning is hoping that their request for funding a second facilitator will be approved.
