Each session will be seeded by computer based on positive check-in at the beginning of each session. Coaches will receive a positive check-in sheet before each session that must be returned according to the deadline set in the meet schedule that will be published in advance of the first session. Heat sheets will be posted around the pool deck. Coaches will be able to pick up heat sheets for each event on the deck. No events will swim with more than one swimmer per lane. The Friday PM session (400 free and 400 IM) will be swum fastest to slowest, alternating women, then men.  \nSwimmers must be prepared to provide their own timer for events 400 meters or longer. (After the entries are received, the Meet Director reserves the right to cut distance events by time.)  \nSITE: Jenny Thompson Competition Pool at Guppey Park, Dover, New Hampshire. The JTP is an outdoor heated 6 lane, 50 meter pool with non-turbulent lane lines. Fully-automatic Colorado Electronic timing system with Aqua-Grip touch pads at starting end, and touch pads at both ends of pool. A warm-up and warm-down area will be available throughout the meet. Starting end is five feet deep; turn end is 3.5 feet deep for meter events. Large spectator area; bring lawn chairs for personal comfort. Directions may be found later in this document. The competition course has not been certified in accordance with 104.2.2C(4) .  \nCOURSE: Long course meters (50 meters) .  \nCUT PROTOCOL: The Meet Director reserves the right to limit events, heats, swimmers or adjust the format to conform to the 4-hour rule  \nIf a session is over-subscribed, the following cuts will be made in this order:  \n- Friday distance events:  \no swimmers will be asked to cut down to one event  \no events will be cut according to seed times  \n- Saturday/Sunday:  \no swimmers with 5 or 4 events will be asked to cut an event(s) (see ** info below)  \no events will be cut based on seed time (please do not send in NT times)  \n** Teams should send a hard copy of their entry (by athlete), with their payment. On the hard copy, the event to scratch, if necessary, should be circled in RED ink. This will be the event that the Entry Chair will scratch if over-subscribed. If you fail to send in a hard copy, the Entry Chair will choose the event to cut based on times.
