This is the portion of the SBA meeting where I usually explain how the budget works, and explain my allocations, but I still don’t have a budget yet and I don’t want to repeat myself for the next meeting, so we will postpone this conversation for the next SBA meeting!  \nB. Voting on Round One of Club Budgets for Fall 2025  \n1. Senator Gupta motioned to vote on all Treasurer recommendations, seconded by Senator Ruhlen  \na) SDD+I Siegel, collaboration with non-student entities asking for outstanding funding, how much are we asking these student orgs to push for outside funding; Treasurer saying this is how we combine, we talked to a couple people about the event to ask about funding, recommend that they ask for more money and book the basement level for a $ 1200 minimum spend based on their, when I reach out to them about their approval/denial, we can ask them to reach out to the center for public service if they would be willing to donate any funds, will send out an email telling clubs to try and exhaust outside funding  \nb) Senator Fernandez what percentage of the budget is this? Treasurer Ricks stated that we don’t have the budget, but in comparison to previous years this is below standard  \nc) Senator Ferro where does the budget come from and who is it determined by? Treasurer Ricks, comes from student fees and is determined by enrollment.  \nd) Senator Onwaeze PI event asking about the budget, 1200 for the room and 300 for food and drink? Treasurer Ricks stated that they are expecting them to pay less; it's a $ 1200 minimum.  \n2.
