The proposal may be submitted for both services jointly, or for each service independently. Sarpy County reserves the right to award the contract to multiple vendors The successful Vendor will enter into a Contract that incorporates both the RFP along with the submitted proposal for a period of two (2) years commencing December 13, 2020 until December 12, 2022 with two (2), two (2) year options.  \nBids shall be submitted using the online system, [https://sarpy.ionwave.net/.
