Such conditions make the center highly vulnerable to infectious disease transmission, especially COVID-19. To reduce spread risk and optimize facility arrangement, facility re-layout of existing services is required. The study redesigns the layout using the Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) and estimates room distance through Material Handling Costs.
