We want to make sure everything runs smoothly on the day, so we’ve put together a handy guide on what to expect.  \nBefore the big day:  \n• Arrival -Let the party guests know what time to arrive. You can use our attached party invite to print and send out or these are available to purchase separately. Aim to arrive 20 minutes before your bounce time.  \n• Waiver – All guests need a waiver. Click on the ‘Sign a Waiver’ link in your confirmation link. This is unique to your party; you can copy and paste this link into a WhatsApp message or email to the party guests' parents. Once they complete the waiver, we can add it onto the booking and saves time on the day.  \n• Safety Video – All guests need to watch the Safety Video prior to the party. Our staff will be there to meet and greet you. If you have brought a cake, we’ll take it off you and keep it safe. You’ll be issued your drinks voucher and return jump pass for the Birthday Child.  \n• Welcome Guests – As your guests arrive, we’ll check them in, ensue they have completed the Waiver, issue them a wristband and give them a pair of jump socks.  \n• Present Storage – We have party trollies that can store shoes and presents. We advise all valuables to be left in cars as we cannot accept responsibility for these. We’ll then store the trolly until your room becomes available.  \n• Bounce Time – When it’s time to bounce we’ll take everyone onto the trampolines and play a few party games with the children to get them warmed up. They will be then free to explore the park on their own. Parents are more then welcome to stay on the side-lines and watch the children bounce and take photos or sit in the café and have a coffee!  \n• Party Room – We’ll aim to have the party room ready 15 minutes before your jump time ends. We’ll let you know where this is beforehand. Occasionally the previous party may over run but we’ll communicate this with you and get you in there as soon as possible. You have 30 minutes in the party room so please don’t plan any party games! Food will be served first as soon as everyone is seated. After the food we’ll bring the cake in and sing Happy Birthday. You can either eat the cake in the room or pop it into your party bags. We’ll provide the knife and lighter!  \n• End of the party – At the end of the party we’ll ask everyone to start leaving the room, parents can meet outside the room to collect the children. We’ll also ask you to fill out a feedback form to let us know how the party went.  \nFAQ’s:  \n• How long does the party last? 2 hours in total from Arrival  \n• Can I bring additional food and drink into the party room? Unfortunately not. Due to Health & Safety guidelines you can only consume food and drink that was purchased on-site.  \n• Do you supply cutlery? Yes, where required.  \n• What happens if a guest has a food allergy or dietary requirement? We need to know this in advance. We have Gluten Free & Dairy Free Pizza’s that are available at an extra cost and can be purchased in advance.  \n• Can I bring additional guests? Additional guests are subject to availability. Customers can add or take off number of jumpers (keeping a minimum of 10 jumpers) up to 14 days before the booking date.
