RSVP does the hard work for you by keeping track of who registered for an event, the available capacity of the event, and emails users who registered for that event. RSVP works for Internal Salesforce users and Community Users. \nWith RSVP, users can quickly and easily view the details of the event and choose to register. Best of all, you can customize the image, heading, and email template in RSVP to match the look and feel of your company’s brand. This component is easy to install and configure; please read through the pages below for the step-by-step instructions! \nInstallation \nTo install RSVP, go to the AppExchange link: \n[https://appexchange.salesforce.com/listingDetail?listingId=a0N3A00000DrzSFUAZ](https://appexchange.salesforce.com/listingDetail?listingId=a0N3A00000DrzSFUAZ) \n[From this link click on the](From this link click on the) “Get It Now” button which will initiate the install process. By default, the component will be installed for all users. \nSelect a security setting. Unless you want to restrict access by profile, the recommended setting is “Grant access to all users”. Click Install to Continue. \nLast Update: 9/2/2016 \nDepending on how much activity is happening in Salesforce, a Processing screen may be displayed nothing that an email will be sent once the installation is complete. \nAlternatively, you may see an Install Complete dialog once the process has finished. There is no need for deployment of components, however additional setup steps are required in order to view the RSVP component on pages. \nLast Update: 9/2/2016 \nThis completes the installation process. \nSetup \nThe setup process consists of the following steps: \n1. Enable the use of custom Lightning components \n2. Add and Customize the RSVP Component on a Salesforce record page \na. Add RSVP to the Lightning page \nb. Define and customize the RSVP component fields \n3. Activate page \n1. First, we must enable the use of custom Lightning components in your org. Todo this, follow these steps: \na. From Setup, Enable My Domain in your org. When you enable My Domain, references and links to Lightning resources are in the following format: [https://](https://)\u003CmyDomain>. [lightning.force.com](lightning.force.com) \nb. After registering My Domain, it will enter a Registration Pending status. At this point, you may also Enable App Builder for the Lightning Experience as below. \nLast Update: 9/2/2016 \nFor more information refer to this Trailhead course :Working with Custom Lightning Components \n2. Once you have set up My Domain and enabled the Lightning App Builder, you can begin to add and customize your new Lightning component! \nThe RSVP component can be added to any record or Lightning page, which includes Chatter Groups in Spring 2016. To edit a record page, navigate to a record, click on the setting gear, and select Edit Page* as in the screenshot below. \nPlease note: the administrator must contact Salesforce to request that Enable App Builder for Lightning Experience (PILOT) is turned on prior to Spring 2016. \nAlternatively, the administrator may navigate to the Lightning App Builder and create or edit a Lightning Page. Either of these paths will open the Lightning App Builder which will look similar to the image below: \nLast Update: 9/2/2016 \nOn the left side of the page, you will see a list of the available Lightning components. Please find the RSVP component under the Custom-Managed section. \nTo add RSVP to the page, simply drag the component from the left sidebar list to your desired section of the page. \n3.
