Earlier in the year they repaired 4012 issues without any disruption to property nor landscaping. This past August was a different case with 4014. PGE had contracted Pacific Landscape Co to remove a very large and old Azalea from the corner of the unit without warning. Then when work began (8/22/25) they discovered that the fault was not there and so they removed another large shrub from 4014 in-situ while excavating. Then the discovered another fault directly under the driveway in front of 4012 garage. The fault was repaired, and a heavy-duty plywood was left in place over the filled in hole. A handwritten note scribbled on a napkin was left behind by PGEstating that it was safe to drive over, and it is still there today. Landscape committee is aware of this, and they have a job number and contact at PGE for replacement of shrubbery et. Al. \n􀀁 D30 4248 Unapproved lattice fencer topper on fence along 125th Pl.
