This person may be required to work in areas not related to the campus residences also. Persons holding this position must have experience with the maintenance, repair, and replacement of plumbing fixtures, electrical equipment and wiring, concrete flatwork, carpeting, linoleum, basic carpentry, and exterior grounds in all college facilities and all college premises. The person must be capable of working with minimal supervision and must possess the ability to exercise independent judgment. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
