However, FHI 360 makes no amount ordering guarantee.\nSCOPE OF WORK\nIn January 2014, FHI 360’s Department of Contracts Management Services (CMS) concluded the elaboration of its Grants Manual and grant templates.  The purpose of the manual and grant templates is to assist with the process and overall application and operation of grant programs administered by its Head Quarters and Country Offices.\nThe grants manual, the grant templates and the grant terms and conditions in addition to creating organizational uniformity in the management of assistance awards as it sets forth administrative and financial policies and procedures FHI 360,  will serve as a the guide that both applicants and recipients may follow in order to access grant funds administered by FHI 360.  These are English language documents, on 8.5” x 11” paper size, in Times New Roman font size 11, single spaced, with a vertical orientation, with 1” margins (top, bottom, left and right).  Translated documents are expected to contain the same format. Graphics and/or pictures in the documents shall not be translated.\nFHI 360 seeks to find two (2) cost-effective and reliable vendors to provide consistent, high quality written translation services of its CMS Grants Manual, grant templates, grant terms and conditions as well as other CMS documents from English to Spanish, Portuguese and French.\nThe successful offeror must be able to produce high quality materials from originals provided in electronic, as well as hard copies; and must be capable of supporting FHI 360’s service requirements in a timely and efficient manner.\nVENDOR SELECTION & MASTER SERVICE AGREEMENTS AWARD\nThe basis for selection will be the vendors’ proven capacity and capability to provide the required services in a timely and efficient manner and price, as well as other factors such as the ability to accept documents via electronic submission, delivery capabilities and business references.\nVENDOR EVALUATION CRITERIA\nAll quotations will be reviewed, evaluated and scored based upon the criteria listed below, in descending order.
