The County needs implementation support for modules currently inflight and on the road map as well as support for modules implemented and future modules.\nThe County seeks to increase the maturity of IT infrastructure and operations and bring digital transformation to the County through the implementation of ServiceNow IT Service Management, IT Business Management, and IT Operations management.
