The architectural plans shall be stamped by a licensed architect, licensed in the State of California. The mechanical, electrical, and plumbing plan sets shall each be stamped by a licensed professional engineer, license in the State of California. \nThis project aims to remodel and enhance the existing utility building with sustainable design features and technologies to achieve a minimum of LEED Gold certification if possible.
