They must oversee the program's budget and policies regarding rental units, their requirements and their benefits.  \nCOMMON LAW RELATIONSHIP a person cohabiting with an individual in a conjugal relationship having cohabited for a period of at least one full year or more.  \nCO-TENANT is a person who rents an apartment (or other residential rental housing) with one or several other tenants. When you become a co-tenant, you promise in a written or verbal lease to paya portion of the rent and to use the apartment responsibly.
