Prospective Indonesian Migrant Worker means anyIndonesian worker who fulfills the criteria as a job seekerwho will work abroad and is registered inregency/municipal government institution responsible formanpower affairs.  \n2.  Indonesian Migrant Worker means any Indonesian citizenwho will work,currently works,or has done a work forwage outside the territory of the Republic of Indonesia.  \n3.  Indonesian Migrant Workers Placement Agency(Perusahaan Penempatan Pekerja Migran Indonesia)hereinafter referred to as P3MI means a business entitythat is legally incorporated as a limited liability companythat has obtained a written permit from the Minister tooperate the placement service of Indonesian MigrantWorkers.  \n4.  Employer means a government institution,a governmentlegal entity,a private legal entity,and/or individual in thedestination country that employs Indonesian MigrantWorkers.  \n5.  Electronically Integrated Business Licensing Service(Online Single Submission),hereinafter referred to asOSS,means business licensing issued by OSSInstitutions for and on behalf of Ministers,heads ofinstitutions,governors,or regents/mayors to businessesthrough an integrated electronic system.  \n6.  License of Indonesian Migrant Workers Placement Agency(Surat Izin Perusahaan Penempatan Pekerja MigranIndonesia),hereinafter referred to as SIP3MI means awritten permit that is given by the Minister to a legallyincorporated business entity in Indonesia that willbecome P3MI.  \n7.
